Offset has called marriage one of his “worst experiences,” making it clear he has no plans to marry again.
Speaking on the Full Send podcast, the 33-year-old rapper reflected on his turbulent marriage to Cardi B, with whom he shares three children, saying that chapter of his life is now over.
“I’m done with the whole marriage thing,” he told host Kyle Forgeard. “If you’re thinking about getting married, you better be ready to flip your whole life upside down.”
He added that even relationships outside marriage can dramatically alter a person’s lifestyle. “Even having a girlfriend can flip life on its head,” Offset said, pointing to the pressures of public scrutiny and expectations. Forgeard, who admitted he was considering settling down, agreed with Offset’s perspective, acknowledging that while relationships can be supportive, they can also distract from personal goals.
Offset and Cardi B’s relationship, marked by repeated breakups and reconciliations, has long drawn public attention. Despite his skepticism about marriage, the rapper suggested he has not completely shut the door on love, leaving open the possibility of future romance.
For now, Offset’s comments underscore his decision to prioritize personal growth and career over married life.
